I pay 17 mounted and balanced per tire when I'm too lazy to do it myself

 

Bout to get them mounted at $50 for the set by a guy in chesterfield. Was supposed to go to richmond superbike this morning but nah....not for 80 bucks, and i have to leave them there for the day? No thanks.

 

I was told $50 each for on the bike. I don't really have a way of getting them off at the moment

So what all would have to be done with my rc to pass race inspection?

Just make sure you have newer tires, decent brake pads and no leaks, basically it. You coming next time?

how to make race bike:

set of good tires: q3s basically
tape up lights if u have any, take off mirrors
put some cool stickers on.
make vroom sounds in the garage on the stands to practice body position.

Trying to, i've got brand new q3s and no leaks. May need to change pads.

Someone was telling me i had to drain and swap coolant with a race approved coolant and some other jazz that i didnt understand that involved the oil cap,drain plug and filter....any idea what they were talking about?

Also wondering what the costs are to run plus rent a race suit etc. Think all my helmets exceed the 5 year limit as well.

 

If anyone is interested, I know of an rc51 for sale in Newport news for 7800.

Also, hopefully joining this thread in the next 2 months though not on a sport bike

 

Is it me or are rc51 a hot item all a sudden?
