Yeah I was really pissed but it was an all around wierd situation. Wifes friend (who knew the guy) talked to him and then called me on my drive home and she was super embarrassed.

The Honda Dio was introduced in India in 2001 along with the Honda Activa. The name is derived from the son of Venus 'dyonisiac'. It has either the typical Honda NH series 50 cc (3.1 cu in) two-stroke engine or a 102 cc (6.2 cu in) four-stroke. Manufactured and assembled in India by Honda's HMSI subsidiary, the Dio is also exported to UK as the Honda Lead.

I know people in Europe race the hell out of scooters, dont think there is any such racing leagues over here, but then again I haven't really looked into it.
