I figured I would just throw it out there because a slave is probably worth more. I could never afford insurance on that bike anyways. Not because I have a bad driving record but because I believe in full coverage and comprehensive and lets see, being male, 21 years of age and in college...I think I like the insurance on my 5hundy.

I pay $22/mo. for full coverage. I didn't even pay $80/mo. before I was 25.

Throw in the comprehensive though and it shoots the hell up. I also max out things like deductibles and all of that and how much each person will receive in medical coverage et cetera. I also go ahead and spring for the towing and all of that it seems like a lot but it has already come in handy for when my friend ran his car into my motorcycle when he got a little two extreme in backing up.

I honestly do not understand it either but a quote from progressive for a new zx6r which is probably what I would have is 443 dollars a month. I have no idea why, I do not have a driving record at all. No accidents (knocks on wood) and no tickets and I have a good GPA.

This quote is with both the deductibles set at 500 for collision and comprehensive. I have selected towing service no custom parts 25,000 a person medical coverage, 100 a week salary loss compensation, 250k person, 500k accident, 100k property damage for bodily and property damage in an accident and same for uninsured. Now If I were to make everything as low as possible. It would only be 38 dollars a month.

I have towing, low deductibles and plenty of medical/property coverage.

Do you not have health insurance?

Uh, I doubt you payed less then 80 before 25 for full coverage. Not on a new bike anyway with comprehensive, and collision.

Full coverage was $76/mo. on my current bike. When I turned 25 it went down to $22/mo.

Yes I have health insurance. I think either the system thinks you are driving a car or you are a liar or you really do not have all the coverage you think you have that is just not possible.
