they are supposed to last quite a while, but they also have a 10 yr 156k extended factory warantee on them, i think they are like 3k to replace, i just got mine replace for free due to a recall, i have 127k onmine, a friend of mine has 220k on his stikk runnin strong, they are both 2000 models, i actually have 2 volvos to be exact tho, i have 94 850 turbo and a 95 t5-r
isn't it cheaper to buy a junker and keep it running than to buy a new car? meh...
my crx gets ~40 on the highway, and im completely satisfied... a balance of savings and performance... btw, can your insight chirp 2nd? hehe... as a teenager, i can see someone owning a hybrid (prius, with like the drag coefficient of a fish, like .01 or something)... because gas around my house just hit $4/gal. but damn...
i could/would never drive one of those... even if gas was $20/gal... i like my manliness...

chirps second all day lon lol, i have even chirped 3rd once or twice, look man i used to do the same thing buy a crx, or hatch, even used to commute with an mr2, i loved it and saved a lot of money, but i kinda got tired of driving junk with no a/c all the time, the take it the wrong way, i'm not sayin you car is junk, i am ef fan all the way that and da integras, but i would always end up lowering those cars, put a swap in them etc. i just wanted something stock with exceptional gas mileage, a/c, and no maintenance, all i do is put gas in my insight and change the oil every 10k, thats all it really calls for besides airfilters and plugs at 100k, the only reason i bought my insight is because i got a great deal, otherwise i would be driving some civic or integra daily, i never saw myself owning one, but ater i drove one of myfriends home from work one day and saw the gas mileage and how it drove, i changed my mind, they actually handle quite well, abnd is just as quick aa a crx si, i raced a crx si, 91 civic si, and a del sol with a d16z6 in it, i beat the del sol, and was dead even with both the crx and civic. its not fast by any means but not as slow as everyone portrays them to be
