It's not fare in the first place god damn v8 as twice the displacement as the 4 banger . It's only said chevy can come out with a good hp per liter. The hond has a 2.2 the f20 or what ever that makes 250 hp take the at eat it.

2) DoD is in most new V8s
3) Gas prices are driven up by speculators, we have enough oil in the world to last us for the rest of our lifetimes, easily

Ford has better HP per liter than GM does (read: Cobra). And so what the F20 makes more HP per liter than a V8. HP per liter doesn't mean shit, but that...being able to say "my car makes XXHP per liter". So much for that argument. Strike 3

That comment wasn't brought into this thread as part of the debate, but to inform that knucklefuck Turbo T that today's V8's don't get 5MPG. If I cared about MPG when I bought a car then I wouldn't have bought a V8 because it's very rare when I actually do get the "advertised" MPG
