Google "ECU for H22A4 Honda motor" and I bet you will get your answer.

Those codes would have been good information at the start of the thread.

Well, the IACV is what is causing your idle to fluctuate. So you know that needs to be fixed.

Which more than likely is due to obd2 chassis and obd1 motor.

Or he got lucky, and his IACV is just bad.

Ok i cleaned the eacv and the idle improved but am still getting code 14 (iac/ eacv valve) as well as a sputter at part throttle

Stay with the p13. Check for voltage at the iavc. Both wires should have voltage with the car on the on11 position, but to be absolutely sure you can turn on the car and check for voltage as well. If the grn/wht or blu/wht cant remember off the top, doesnt have voltage there is a break in the wire.
