WTF???!!!??? 
Have had the same account for seven years....my e mail is asking me for my user name/password that's been in there all this time and won't accept. I called tech service and there's a message on there that says some customers are experiencing problems with e mails all other problems stay on the line. This has been going on all week. Grrrrrrr....
Also my account is under MerF's name...he moved years ago and even after several calls and even going in to get the account changed into my name because I am the homeowner they say he has to come in with his license and sign for the changeover. Well that's not gonna happen since he's in Dahlgren. I Looooooaaaaattttthhhhhheeeee Cox...no wait edit: Cocksuckers. Thanks for letting me vent.

we have had a ton of tech issues this week, i meen we are working as fast as we can to fix the problem. and pm me and i will give u my direct line to get your problem fixed

Thanks...I called tech service and they reset my password for me. When it finally started working a shit ton of emails started popping up. Whew. Thank Christ for the control key.
