I like where this is going, for reference a lot of aftermarket manufacturers have taken interest in the cr-z. If I'm not mistaken Jackson Racing makes a supercharger for it, along with many other good name brands make parts for it.

In all I know you're not looking to modify but at least there is a market or them.

I work at a Honda Dealership and we haven't seen anything major on the CR-Z. They have no issues selling them. You can pretty much do all the maintenance yourself.

Thanks for the input. I'm going to pick one up after work today for an extended weekend test drive to see what I think.

Yeah- after having it for a weekend I don't think I would own it long enough to justify losing any money on it.

I think it's a great car and it get's good mileage and has great range and I'm surprised by how much storage it has in the rear. I just don't think I would enjoy it for longer than a few months.

Off to look at MINI's!

I had a Mini. Fun. I'm 6'3", 210.... It fit well. Lots-o-getup-&-go... Awful mileage. Expensive maintenance. British car, owned by a German company with a French engine..... I looked at Veloster & CR-Z. Bought the Z. I fit fine in Z. Veloster a bit short.

same height, beat ya by a few lbs, and mine averages 30-32mpg. . .if that is horrible, then I dunno. . .Even my roomie who owned the CR-Z loved being in my MINI over the Honda.

Meh, old thread anyways, to each their own.
