ive seen 3 different colored ones in virginia beach near the ocean front alone......one of them was a kawasaki green type color---UGLY!)

The Elise is only like 50K, they are pretty cheap all things considered. Not like the old lotus's. I looked at getting one, but decided against haveing a second impractical car that I cant carry anything in.

there is a lotus dealership in richmond...so yeah they aren't THAT uncommon.

oh im sure the lotus would smoke you, not too many cars weigh less than a honda, but a lotus defenitely does. the 06 elise weighs in at 1980 and has a toyota motor that produces 190 hp at 7800 rpm and 138 lb-ft of tq at 6800 (redline is 8000 rpm). 0 to 60 in 5 flat and does 1/4 in 13.5 im sure there are modded hondas on here that could take it, but damn what a wonderful machine these elises are. (base price 42,990- i could defenitely spend that money elsewhere, but if i was rich ... why not)
