How did your neighbor identify the drive and passenger at 3am but not get the make, model, or plate??

Just odd to me, especially since I assume the eyewitness was inside of his house. Skid marks are also going straight for quite a distance. Are you positive that these guys were trying to drift?

Something doesn't add up is all I'm saying. I also don't see a cross-street where said 240sx driver could have come drifting from. Could just be the angle that's throwing my eyes off.

I hope you catch the guy though. Hit and run drivers are the lowest of the low.
