Looks like it was boosted on to me. I see tapped oil pan........as well as the front bumper is cut out.

It was boosted before, I forgot to add that to the thread, it says it on my thread on carolinahondas. Take that picture out of your quote though, trying not to clutter the shit. Skunk2 springs are going on soon, along with a ACT streetlite flywheel and a new exedy stage 1, and more than likely new piston rings, valve seals and headgasket just to make sure. It runs great with no problems, was only boosted for 1200 miles its just due for a slight rebuild atleast anyway.

TTTTTTT springs are on now, skunk2 front and rear camber kit next week more than likely, unless the alignment can be done without it.
