Well, at least it's better than the EG with the two-tone teal in the other thread. But it's still a 4 door Jetta from the '90s.

Threads like this are completely fucking useless without any sort of information to make it even somewhat, kinda, maybe a tiny bit interesting. You posted 3 pictures of a VW and no other info. Congrats?
Next time try letting people know who painted it, maybe what color it is (other than "black"), what you paid, maybe a before pic. If you're going to take the time to make a thead, at least TRY to make us give a fuck.

Re: Freshhhh paint.
I really hope there is a focus problem with the camera, cause otherwise that is not a good paintjob.
From the distance it was taken, the reflections should be crisp, clear, and basically a mirror.
Those are not.
There are a lot of waves in the panels, unless the Volvo/CRV/Magnum in the background has a crushed roofline.

seriously. the car doesn't look bad. i was expecting much worse too, but come on. there's freshhhhh paint, and then there's an $8k paint job. cut the guy a break, the car looks good.
although i will mention that muncher's post did have quite a few valid points about background/details.
