well in va..... if it aint stock.. they can give you a ticket.. there's no db limit.
its to each officers discretion.
and if piping is not stock or equal to.
theyll ticket you for that.

unless you have some FI, na anything, especially a 4-banger usually sounds like crap. Thats my opinion, but I've yet to hear one I like. V8's are good of course. And are excluded. Just buy what you want and keep it off the revlimiter in cop heavy areas, or when you see one.
