I could be wrong but it might fit 99-00's also. My rear lip on my car said 96-98 but still fit perfectly.

Oh damn i forgot all about that here is a write up i found on google
did this liitle trick a few years ago, since i think the 96-98 rear lip looks much better
take your new 96-98 lips and drill out all the rivets and throw away the brackets, now take the plastic trim off the top of the lip and behind the lip remove the 3 foam bars. next mount lip on the car, secure with 2-4 screws in the fender well, and your lip in now installed
