i just got off the phone with mike zarpas, the owner of that property, and he CONFIRMED this information.

tonight and tomorrow is going to be hectic with people trying to find a spot. and im sure a lot of people are going to go to ames not knowing this information.

insurance went up 300%!? Damn...could the owner sue the suspects?

It would be a hard case, considering how long people have been hanging out in that parking lot.

If he's known about people hanging out prior to then, forget about it.

I can't blame the property owner, he's likely going to be sued by the accident victims. Would you still let people hang on your property?
