Escalate to the local Better Business Bureau. They will call the corporate office and receive immediate attention. There is also an employee hotline (not HR) that addresses employee concerns similar to a union. Also call their Customer Relations Department at 1-800-210-9569.

Customer Relations Department at 1-800-210-9569 is for the Customers not employee's we have to call 1-800-348-8336 or 704-633-8250 i will call to the head of the workers comp dept she will be in the office today
