very true, that's why i said unless there is a difference in the hollow spot between two halfs of the disc. if it is the same on both rotors then that means only thing different on thicker rotors is the thickness of the walls . therefore IF its only thing different, cutting it below min thickness is ok because all it will do is bring the rotor specs down to that of a thinner 26mm
follow my logic?

^I was just making sure what I did was right, minus the fact I didnt ensure what size caliper I had.
