I'm staying in the "bolt ons" area of parts. I found out the s/c stuff is no longer available for the GP so unless we happen to find a TGP to swap the turbo system over, it'll just get an intake and exhaust and call it a day.
But reguardless, whose good for putting in motors and trannies around here?
And whose good for good paint?
And whose good for good audio?

Good luck finding a TGP, I believe only like 2000 were made. And even if, you don't need one to turbo a 3.1. The internals are identical (compression as well). You'd really only need the crossover fabbed up for the turbo to mount on, and a new rear manifold - and a new computer to handle the boost.
I almost turboed mine at one point - but as this thread says, it's a waste of time.

Carlo, this is my moms car... Has nothing to do with me... I'm just trying to get her to have a lil fun with it haha.
Once I get my finances in strait, yeah, I'm working on ditching the dub in favor for the S2000, that was the most fun I've ever had in a car. 9k rpm made me tingle...
As far as the TGP's go, they're all over Ebay, they're not really "hard to find" per say, but actually driving to get one and paying a few thousand just to tear it apart is the problem. I had a 3.1L Beretta (first car ever) I was close to turboing with a TGP set up, then I wrecked the car and sold my parts.
I don't think you guys are understanding what I'm saying tho. Whether it's a waste of time or not isn't important. She's keeping the car, no questions. It has A LOT of sentimental value to her. In this case it's a matter of making this car more fun. Not whether I burn other people at the track or create the fastest Grand Prix ever.
I'll check out Autoworks too.
Thanks guys...
