That would be the gas fill door. It's clearly not painted. Looks like a stick-on carbon fiber overlay or something like that...?

SI front lip Ek sides and i have no fucking clue what rear lip would look good with it maybe none but you already said you dont wanna lose the rear so ummm yeah ...New Paint
