I got an exhaust ticket in this thing, the cop pulled me over and looked in the back and it was completely gutted except for my single seat, no sound deadening, or paneling at all in the car, just a soccer ball and pack of cigarettes. The cop laughed and put up his hand for a high five, why I have no idea.
The driver side window regulator was broken and I had to crack the door, it had no AC, just PS, and it was hot as balls. It was such a great fun car, I got crazy gas mileage on the y7 too. I miss single cams, someone trade me a single cam EK hatch

I bought one just like it. 89 5spd with somewhere around 120k miles I think? I bought it from some dike off craigslist, installed stance coilovers, and sold her for like 3k or something close to it. maybe 2500, I don't remember. I wish I kept this one too, lol.
