Agreed. And they can be so cheap to get. there are a few that I see up here, look like hell, but still awesome, and are probably more reliable than there 35k Harley counterparts.

Also, little update.

Reason why the bikes not running is because the entire ignition system is fried. Meaning I need a new Stator, Pulse Generator, and CDI ignition module. Attempting to source those together will begin this weekend.

The cm400t was apparently only a 2 year bike (80 & 81), so it's kind of a bitch finding shit for it.

Anyone know if there's any local (757) motorcycle junkyards? I thought I've heard of one or two, just not sure. Hell, even any websites for junkyards that'll ship around the country?.
