Some things I noticed while working the course.
Too much shifting - if you don't have a turbo, keep it in second. You are losing time by shifting.
Spinning tires in first is ok at the start, but pointless after. Should be kept to a minimum. You want traction and spinning is not traction.
Don't touch the clutch pedal when you are braking, let the engine do the braking.
When not on the brakes, you should be on the gas, even if it just a little bit.
Just some tips.
