Dave... um I'd rather have an '03 cobra w/ 500 rwhp than a s2k... yes the s2k can take turns, but when you floor it it doesn't go anywhere.
You can get cherry Z06's for 34-37k right now easy (<10,000). Some w/ higher miles are 30k.
It'd be nice to have the cash flow to not really give a crap about $4,000 here of there...
