New meats?
If you're on the access list on the TSCC website, that's all you need to do, it's very painless. Once you're on, you're on the rest of the season. Enter Little Creek via Gate 3 (Guam Road) off shore drive, use the commercial/truck gate at the back of the parking lot on the right as you enter the base. (Or, if you have base stickers & CAC, enter wherever you like.) ACU4 is easy to find from Gate 3- just go straight through the light and follow the road; it will end right at the gate to ACU4 (registration and bathrooms are in the small building right beside the tower. Everyone needs to sign in at registration on the day of the race, even if you pre-paid online.). Tech is similar to Pungo.
There are no restrictions to ridealongs at TSCC or ODR-SCCA, apparently the rules were relaxed without fanfare a couple years ago. You can ride along with as many people as you want before or after your heat with no penalty. Generally speaking, people are more willing to give ride-alongs on their 1st or 2nd run as those are typically the slow runs and 100-200lbs of ballast less of an issue. You can let someone drive your car in your heat, too, if you want, but that will cost you one of your runs. (If you do fun runs after the race, letting a fast driver drive your car is highly recommended.)
what are the rules for ride alongs? i read somewhere in the myriad of autocross websites that ride alongs don't count towards your timed runs. this could have very well been a differnt club site i stumbled across looking for information.
i amde sure i added myself to: http://www.tidewatersportscarclub.co...pper&Itemid=55
is there any additional steps required for this?

I'm ready, got the new exhaust on the car over the weekend. Now maybe you can actually hear my car out on course!

Anything you can do to tighten up the LSD? Though, in retrospect, I suppose some of it last weekend could have just have been a symptom of live axle + bumpy Pungo concrete helping your wheels break loose. They really need to mow the course...
