Hemp saturated with non-biodegradable polymer resin isn't biodegradable. No one said anything about the composites being biodegradable.

That sure is a looker, especially in that color.
I just get a kick out of people trying to legitimize industrial hemp because they like to smoke pot. They're fucking fanbois of a slightly different plant that you can't smoke.
