I just have to say in Noyan's defense that the sr20 I got from them was immaculate and they even threw in a starter for free all I had to do was ask. I dont know to much about their install prices, as I did my engine swap myself.

QOUTE _ SEROS )

missing? how would they be missing if they were removed so the motor will fit in the container... they usually send accesories like that seperate...so sorry while i call u out on ur bs but i showd u a set of hoses and a radiator and if u were serious bout buying sumthing im sure i coulda taken out the radiator or whatever from a bad clip i mean we usually dont do it but iv done it for sum polite/nice customer (END QOUTE)

Roflmao, all the hoses that u showed us were destroyed or non useable.

QOUTE _ SEROS )

were u high and not remeber what we told u? or were u just too distracted by ur 5man posse who talked all at the same time and didnt let u pay attention? an sr20 valve cover is not as simple as a 8 nut honda valve cover if we took the valve cover off for every customer bolts/nuts and shit in general would end up missing and ..dont let it go to ur head buddy! but every other customer that picked out which motor they wanted was looked at it the same way...tru the oil cap! (END QOUTE)

ROFLMAO, its not that hard to take the cover off, its not that many bolts. and lookin thru the oil cap is the most retarded thing ever... wont be able to see shit, cept for maybe 1 lobe on the cam.

QOUTE_SEROS )

the harnesses arnt not even new so i doono what ur talking bout ..everything we import is used!
the harnesses that are complete are wraped up in shrink wrap with the engine number writen on it from the motor it came from which are the new motors in the back we got a nice mixture of s13 and s14 redtops and blacktops sooooo if u want that harness u get that motor .. we dont usually "piece" parts for customers .u wanted a motor from the front i belive? the ones that were cleaned up and ready to go...however we got those motors sets like that. one with a cut harness and the other with a complete harness (END QOUTE)

Sorry bud, but ALL OF UR SR20's HAD DESTROYED harness's, go take a better look, do u want me to come and show you? i will personally come out there with a flashlight and show you. And what do u have to say about all the destroyed CAS's? (Crank Angle Sensor's) 90% of em had missing pins, and or mashed up pins.

Then lets go onto the radiators, we asked where are the radiators, you Promptly and seriously said "You can use the stock 240 radiator", sorry ricer but it doesnt work that way, first u need custom hose's. then i need to buy an electric fan w/cover to make sure it doesnt chop the hoses to hell. then after that, I'd ALWAYS WORRY ABOUT OVER HEATING. Since the stock radiator is about HALF THE THICKNESS OF THE SR20 RADIATOR, THIS IS NOT A HONDUH THERE BUDDY.

Dont you ever call me a retard or stupid, when u urself know NOTHING ABOUT NISSANS. and thinkin that a stock radiator will make due.

And lets get on to the fact of, 90% of the stuff on the floor next to the SR's in the back i know have been returned cuz they are broken.

WTF, does have being Store manager of 2 stores have to do with anything??? Ive been a Store manager myself, and ive also been a secret shopper for 3 different companie's, do u know what a secret shopper is? its a person who is paid by the company to BUY things at their stores to rate the CUSTOMER SERVICE of their employee's.

I think i know POOR Customer service when i see it.

Then you would walk away a whole bunch of times to go see what the deal is with something, I believe you are a retard sir.

most of that post was irrelevant. your def not going to win this. and for the love of god, if your going to quote something, do it right. i have the biggest hangover of my life right now and thinking people cant even quote normally baffles me. and i dont like being baffled when hungover.

I gotta give it to Noyan When I bought my transmission for my 94 nissan 300zx twin turbo from them and it worked perfectly with no issues and was pretty damn clean. Infact I have a picture of it

I mean I couldn't complain it had all the right sensors + shifter and another shift knob and the trans had no grinds so I was very happy with that purchase.

I then after sold my 300z I went and bought a civic hatch that had a LS motor that was boosted and I blew that motor up a month later and so I wanted something that had vtec so I opted for a b16a tha I also got from noyan.

The motor its self was very clean and in great condition. Besides having a bad Idle control valve the motor was in perfectly running condition. since day 1 i put that motor in I did a inline pro turbo setup for the most part. I used a inline pro turbo manifold Stainless and a stainless down pipe and also a Turbo smart 38mm external waste gate I got from them. everything else was pretty much from the drag setup. but that b16 I got from them has been boosted since day 1 and still is and running perfectly fine with no issues or burning of any oil ect ect. Give or take The people at Noyan gave me a attitude at first and were being total dicks. But I guess they have alot of stupid ass kids that wanna just come look at shit so im sure they get annoyed by them and prob didnt know I was really going to buy anything So I understand where they were coming from. I personally will do business with them again because everytime Ive gone there I havn't had any issue's and I gotta give them a thumbs up on there products. I know somethings they are more pricey then others But you can't beat being able to drive up there and pick out the motor or clip you like. Id rather see in person what im spending all this money on insted of paying for it and having some POS shipped to me.

Since when is business a stupid phone call? If I were them I wouldnt allow you in the office to touch any phone. All I called to see was what the price for the swap was because from what Ive heard they had good prices and good dealings with people on this board, but 2300 for just a motorset is straight shitty. Front clips go for that price.

Wow, I go away to Canada for a few days and I come back to hearing a rant about bad service with this company?? What is it, posting about poor customer service is the new trend?? Am I going to start see "I had horrible experience..." with every shop in NOVA/DC metro now over the next 2 days??

ON A SERIOUS NOTE NOW....

It doesn't matter if ur NUMBER 1 in Customer Service, even companies who are Number 1 will still have people walking away dissatisified. NOBODY IS PERFECT. I have not personally done business with Noyan, however as far as I know the people there are widely known in a positive way w/ the car crowd. If they were screwing customers left and right, you wouldn't see all these previous customers of Noyans coming to Noyan's defense. Judging from previous customers' testimonials in this thread, if there is a true problem, it will correctly get solved.

As for cash in hand, you shouldn't give cash in this high of an amount over something like this. Pay with VISA if u have the option, so if u think u have been frauded, just call VISA up, and they will investigate, and very effectively put pressure where its needed if a true fraud does exist.

So far it looks like 2 complaints, and multiple vouches of good customer service/good products. The complainers have an uphill battle to prove their point it seems. Let's see where this thread goes...

that's the reason YOU don't own a very sucessful business and they do.

They are smart. They treat good customers well. And stupid annoying ones that they will just have problems with and are more trouble than they are worth.. like whoever posted.

I used to be in the industry I know how things work. Bottom line the posted is a poor lying pathetic little kid who probably was unhappy with the price he was given and couldn't afford to buy anything. So he comes on here and tries to make them look bad, when in reality they are a very legit business, and treat GOOD customers (i.e. ones who actually have money, and arn't stupid kids trying to fulfill their "jdm dreams") Very well. PERIOD.

You (wyt r1ce) don't even have any experience with them other than a phone call so shut up because you have no clue what your talking about nor do you have experience dealing with them so your point is moot.

Have a nice day.
