Was the car just a shell before you started? Are your fuel injectors working?

I ran into the same problem with my civic (B18 swap). after 2 days of rewiring the entire ECU, i decided to read out some wires, Come to find out, the ICM (ignition control module) went bad. It's a $200 part, but needed to be replaced...

i bought a new one and had it tested

no i blew a motor in it about 2 years ago then just decided to start oner again with a rebuilt one ill have to check the injectors ...what if there not?

have you checked if the cam/distributor rotor was turning? Timing Belt? If the cam/belt isn't moving, the ECU won't see any signals to enable the ignitor. HTH

yes ive checked all...i rebuilt the engine then pulled the valve cover and timing cover to check proper movement
