91 si would be very easy. all you need in the motor. the Si tranny bolts right up to the zc block. saves a lot of time and hassle

sweeeet... I am thinking about getting a zc and doing a little to it. I know a dude that has a shop and all he works on is hondas. he wants to get a hold of my motor bad so he can see what he can do to it and it still be bullet proof.

if you use the zc tranny you will need axles.
The since you car is a dx it takes some extra wiring
You will need to change the ecu
Change the clucth out and the timing belt before you start
pretty easy swap make sure you have at least two people and good tools.
Try and get a SI tranny or ZC tranny
I have a ZC tranny for $250
Unless you plan to turbo the car the dx tranny will piss you off compared to the ZC or SI tranny.
The dx is very long geared

how much was your motor.

I have had 3 ZC cars

thanks,
deshet
