atleast you didn't shift to reverse

Well, when I put in 2nd, the car took such an abrupt stop that I didn't have to push the gas because I was trying to push the brake....ha....I thought for sure I blew the motor, I pegged the damn rpm gauge...that's 9k for those who don't know...

 

Tore it apart, it was an old Thunderbird though.

 

dayum son! I'd be scared even if it was my car.. and I rev to 8800 sometimes. Don't blow your motor before I have a chance to call ya out guy

kind of what i was thinking. i mean, tailing a guy for a mile or so, a v6 camaro at that (maybe i would, because i have a v6 mustang, but not tail him for a mile). oh well, when you wanna race, you wanna race. plus, a lot of v6 owners (either fbods or stangs) seem to think they're fast for some reason, so they usually do race.
