hey doug, easiest swap would be to get ahold of a b16a2 (no you cant use the cable tranny) and swap that in there. talk to honda-s2000 on here, i think his girlfriend actually jsut did the swap. did you pay cash for her del sol si? if so you might just want to sell it and buy a del sol vtec with the b16a2 already dropped in. and yes, it should already have a p28 (i think??) ecu with the d16z6 sohc vtec motor in the car already. but if you want to swap it, just get a b16a2 or a b18c, and then it'd be just like any other swap, going to need the axles, tranny, motor, linkage, etc..

Thanks, all. Sounds like a lot more work than I'd want to put in on her car. I'll just put in an intake, and tell it's faster, as evidenced by the sound. Then I'll slap on a few stickers, maybe a wing, and she should be convinced. Then I'll just throw a couple more races. Just hope no one else sees.
