For Chesapeake go to AutoWorks on Military Highway and Greenbrier Pkwy. They do it for like $99 bucks, but it depends if you want to keep it legal or illegal. If you want it illegal than it will be like $20 more. Good people to do "Tint work"!

I got mine done at millenium auto sports...he did a good job but i think he scratched my rear defroster line, and since it is a continuous circut, i no longer have a rear defrost
