What children thought itd be a good idea to race during inclement weather in eneven ground and on a curve?
i've seen the entire grid of FIA F1 2005 cars go around a track during inclement weather in curves and in changing elevation. seen a bunch of race drivers do it too. that's right: RACE DRIVERS. people who know WTF is going on.

Pretty bad here on the penninsula. Bunches of people just hauling way too fast or clutch dropping on every stoplight. Perhaps they think that if they spin their tires in the rain everyone will think they have a super fast ride? Haven't seen any wrecks though.
