We were last year. We have been living back for about a year now.

I'd keep it for a while, and if I planned to stay I'd take out a home equity loan and buy a second property and rent it out.. or just sell it out right hopefully for a profit. Something you should consider.
Thats my thought too... but with us not being married it is probably in our best interest to rent a house or townhouse(at the least). I'm definately going to need some place that I can bring my dog to and Marie's whole petting zoo as well.

Well, I know Lynchburg's property values are incredibly low. Back when I was insane and was considering moving there, I was looking at a new house in a very nice subdivision. 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ baths, central air, unfinished basement, walk in closets, etc. The same house here would be close to $200k. There it was $119k.

Yeah, rental properties are hella cheap in lynchburg. Plus, I know my way around lynchburg. I prefer lynchburg over the nrv, Marie prefers the NRV over lynchburg. Plus I will still be working at CRW, driving back and forth everyday(hence another reason for me needing to sell my talon to get a bike) unless I can find another job that I can enjoy. Chances are very slim.
