from what I've found, the pungo area is the best. Just go and try to get lost, its almost impossible, you'll always find a road you know. But, by trying to get lost, you find a lot of pretty damn nice roads with high speed straights, and curvy sections too.

Shit....I won't go 5 over the speed limit down there, let alone have fun on a curvy road... Currituck has some dope curvy backroads. I've had so much fun down there in the 2.....
Pungo has 4 cops in that entire district. They're massive dicks about giving out tickets, but there are only a few in that district, and they usually stay on the main roads (Princess Anne, Pungo Ferry, etc.). The Police station is right next to Creeds elementary and the library.
