I'm just going to put an engine in it this week, and try to get it inspected. in the meantime, i'll try to find a car cover. And some warm clothes, cause i've got to do it outside.

I've seen car covers that have a lock on the bottom, so when they are cinched tight, you can't remove it.
they will ask, and have it towed if it isnt showed. its part of life with an apartment.
