It says right in the law that this is not permissable.
Although you do not need a driver's license to operate a moped, you may not operate a moped if you have been declared a habitual offender or your license is suspended or revoked for driving under the influence.

Oh and i'm sure you really helped this guy out with your post.
The RS50 has a very fast (up to 60mph) engine in a genuinely proper motorbike,
Single cylinder two-stroke, liquid cooled. Light alloy cylinder with Gilnisil coating. Reed intake in crankcase. Balancing countershaft.

In reference to your original post; a pocket bike is not a starter bike in any way, shape, or form. A pocket bike is a toy and will not give you any of the skills required to operate a real motorcycle.
Just go get a license, buy a real bike and get insurance. You can get an old bike for cheap and insure it for cheap.

thats why I drop a fear or 2 and buzz those fuckers on my zx6r. LOL. Seriously I'm sick of people on scooters that can only do 30-35mph in 45 and 55mph zones. That and people riding them like they don't have to abide by the traffic laws.....nothing like having some 14 year old kid with a bicycle helmet almost hit your mirror because they're riding on the side of the road at a stop light....then when they see the light is red they hop on the sidewalk and drive across the crosswalk to the other side
