Theres a kid at my school whos got a 90-95 ranger with a block lift and 22's and it looks like shit. But the big F-250 (or F-150) sure fills that truck out nice.

He's probably talking about width. I do not like skinny tires on tall trucks. My dad had some M/T Baja's on his old truck. 39.5 x 18.5

i wish they made a 22 inch wheel in 8lug thats 14-15inchs wide with more offset, im going to put 2inch spacers but only bad thing wheel bearing dont last long with them
this widest 22 they make is 22-12 inch and there $900 each wheel, mine was 500each they much better and there 22-11inch

The rims make the tires look small. You should be alright going 40's. Superduties never get pulled over. Toyota's are pulled so many times it's ridiculous and I was only an inch over.
