The STi had a similar setup.

See I'm wondering if they could do something like that. I'm sure it'd be more cost effecient seeing as how there isn't an actual projector in there and my headlights are pretty big.

It's kinda pricey, but definitely an impressive mod to your truck. I can't wait to do it to my car...
Fuck man, I know Cody. Maybe I'll have to get him to help me out when I order my HID's for the Goat. I already have projectors. I was waiting on the Predator for my car, but they say it isn't out yet, so I might just go ahead and order HID's. I'm thinking 6000k.

I think 6000K looks nice. It has a blue tint, but pretty usable light.

Do it! I'm probably going to do it to my car upon my return from Kyrgyzstan. The shitty thing for me is that it's a couple hundred dollars more to do it to my car. 6,000K is a good balance between color and light out put. As I'm sure you know, the hotter the bulb gets, the more color you gain, but light output you lose. When I do them to mine, I'm going 6K. Shane just ordered HIDs for his Tiburon and got 6K as well. They're badass.

Don't the Tiburons already have projectors as well?

The reflector in a those headlamps is designed for that type of setup. I think that would be more difficult/expensive to retrofit than projectors.
