well i don't know what it is i first got the reckless in a 1992 civic hatch didn't get any in the GSX eclipse, ran from a cop once with the eclipse and i got away.Yeah it was stupid but i would of gotted a 120 in a 35 and i was on restriction. Then i get another 95 civic hatch and they pull me over. Do my cars scream pull me over.

That wasn't that difficult, why don't you try it from now on, unless you like being percieved an elementary dropout.
As for the threadstarter, I don't think you are smart enough to get out of this, since you got talked into a street racing ticket. I mean, if you can't even keep from admitting something you didn't do, you damn sure aren't getting out of something you did to.

Ask for a continuance or get a sapiena (SP!) for your employer to come to court to verify you working on Saturdays.
If you can, smash that little prick and take his job.

If you can drive on Saturdays, prove it.
If it turns out you can't drive on Saturdays, try to explain why you thought you could.
Also, prove you were driving home from work.
Drop the "probable cause" shit. He pulled you over for a reason, and you probably know exactly what it is. You didn't get a reckless ticket.
