Sorry I work for UPS and thats the procedure. And if a damage claim, was in fact started the claim would more then likely be denied because of what UPS calls Insufficent packaging on the shippers behalf. Just my experience

i just ordered a fuel pump from them not to long ago for my friend.....and i had overnight shipping on it. well it took 3 1/2 weeks to get it. and i called almost everyday and never heard anything from them and i left msg's i finally got ahold of them 2 weeks after and they told me that the people they order from was out of stock of them and it would be shipped when it came in....but when i ordered it they told me that it was in stock and would be shipped that day.

Dang....Good story but bad results.....I guess its better just ordering from VIS racing or Seibon instead of going to another company than & getting the run around!

 

yea don't order shit from prostreetonline. they fucked me hardcore on a turbo kit and ended up stealin about 700 from me. this is after i worked wit the for 2 weeks while they admitted messin up and saying they would fix it.
