what the limit on lowering a car in virginia
I have a 1995 Honda Accord EX, lowered 3 inches, i went to TIRE CITY on Jeffereson near Charlie Falk, in Newport News. MY dad is in the car business and knows pretty much everyone, but my car passed there they just told me to get cambers cause i had major camber wear on my rear tires. But now its all fixed(front and back), i had my cambers done at EJ Customs and now my tires wear evenly. But yeah i agree , it all deopends on where u take it and how much u pay them lol.

so uh.. fix whatever you can't get away with.
Honestly,
If you want to pass state inspection..
It cant touch the ground.
At my shop I know our inspectors dont care and they follow the Book! Having your car lowered isn't a matter of passing state inspection its just up to the cops descretion is what i have been told
but then again
they make stock height for accidental safety reasons i am pretty sure.......you wouldnt want a 32 inch lifted truck to hit you from the side in your 1 inch from the ground accord
although
my cars lowered
i just dont care.
