Damn, that looks real nice, fills out the wheel real well!
As for pad, I have Axxis Ultimates, they brake pretty daggon good, instant grab, good for the street, yet are good up to around 1k deg so fade is pretty much out of the question.. Only thing is they dust like a mofo.. wouldnt matter for your black wheels tho

They do make rear kits but they are near stock sized rotors. I've seen some of the guys on the boards mount porsche brakes on the rear but it take alot of fabrication. I'll prolly just end up buying some powerslot replacement rotors/new pads/ and SS lines for the rear and be done.
I topped out 4th today and didn't have any fade or trouble bringing it back down to speed. Before it would fade horribly to the point were I was glad I had some room to coast down.
