Capital Tattoo off midlo in richmond... Depends on what type of art you are interested in doing. Rex is real good at Tribal art, thats what i got done. I need to go back. What are you interested in getting?

i dont know if any of you have seen it but its a life and death tattoo, right side up it says life and upside down it says death. im planning on getting that with my grandmother's annitials, who passed away a couple months ago, and the 2 dates on the life and death side.
