^ That information regarding NDRA to be in VA 4-22 and 4-23 is unfortunately wrong. NHRA Sport Compact Xplod Series will be coming to VMP April 22nd and 23rd. As far as I know NDRA will not even be having an event between the season opener @ firebird and the event in georgia.

calm down everyone. Just because one series isnt racing at dinwiddie doesnt mean life is ending. Nopi is not able to run at VMP this year due to more circumstances than you or I know about. From what Glenn has said, he is trying to find a place to have at least a show in the richmond area.
On that note, NHRA will have its sport compact race at VMP. Also, MIR will host both the NOPI and NHRA races.
Imports are still welcome to run at VMP as is any car during thier test-n-tunes, ET points, and even some events such as the Big Show, ShakeDown, etc.
Dont forget about Richmond Dragway (1/4mile - Richmond, VA) and Northeast Dragway (1/8mile - Hertford, NC). These two tracks hold events regularly as well.

Yeah the BIG SHOW is now in NC and I don't know if we'll ever see Xtreme again. My buddy and I are thinking about hosting a JDM show or meet in or around Richmond. I'v posted up on JDMUniverse.com and H-T.com and I'll post up tonight on here outside of this thread (not trying to thread jack). Yeah no shows in VA this year
