With a BAC content of .30, he's lucky to be alive, let alone because of the accident. Alcohol poising occurs in the .2's and over .35 is comatose.

Like previously stated, he's a fucking idiot. Whatever happens with his ankle he deserves. Hopefully they will amputate so he has a reminder of how stupid drinking and driving is.

Why did you let your dad drive your car to start with? You should have taken the keys you gave him away or something. There's no reason for him to drive it. If you know he was drinking and driving, its just as much your fault as his. Sorry about your car but its the truth.

Oh. I do know that last friday there was an accident, and the guy had a BAC of .28, and in fact, he did kill the person he ran into. We had to sit through some horrendous training because of douchebag's driving drunk. I'd say sorry about your dad, but he'll walk again... there's a lot of people hit by drunk drivers that won't. So I guess this isn't the same guy.

First off he was not drunk when he took the car, he was drunk on the trip back. 2nd the car is registered to him and I as co-owners because he paid for the car originally and i just added the stuff to it.

I thought it was your car, but now you say he payed for it? Actually the car is his so stop crying. Adding stuff does not make a car yours. You could say your dad wrecked my car HE bought for me, that would be much better. Your really not out all that much.

So now he drove his car with the intent to get plastered and drive home. Great parent huh? Like I said earlier, and many people will agree, he gets whatever he deserves and hopefully your out a shit ton because you are stupid enough to let an alcoholic father drive "your" vehicle around.

who the fuck do you think you are? I agree, his dad made a mistake but no one designated you the judge of mankind. First of all, who cares about who owns the car or who did anything to it, i think compared to the circumstances it doesn't really matter. Second, you come on here and act like you have never made a mistake before, i'm not justifying this guys dads actions but if something serious happened to your father the last thing you would want to hear right now is how much of a fuck up people think you and your family are. Everyone is so critical when someone else makes a mistake, i guess your all Saints that are not capable of ever making a mistake.

I never said I've never made a mistake, I'll be the first one to admit I've done some pretty f'd up stuff during my life and never once expected to feel sorry for me. My dad is an alcoholic and for that reason he'll never drive my car. I've also lost two family members to pathetic drunk drivers so excuse me for be some judgemental towards them. You reap what you sow and for one, I do not feel sorry for what happen to his dad.

It would have been a lot better to just say your dad got into a wreck. No need to say he was so drunk. Not even a little drunk, full blown gone. A .30? If something like that did happen, I sure as shit wouldn't post it for everyone to see. Not too smart.

The car was bought FOR ME and it is MY car. He had to drive it since his truck is messed up. Anyway he remembers what happened, he had to swerve to avoid another vehicle moving into his lane and well he ended up in the wall.

MAD_DOHC: There are about a dozen reasons you need to shut the fuck up, but the most prominent one is that you have NO fucking idea what it's like have a full blown alcoholic in your house. SO for that alone, you need to not comment anymore about things you don't even begin to comprehend. I'll leave it simple at that, but you really are pissing me off....and that does NOT happen to me online very often.
