was he shooting radar on public or private property? i do know cops arent suposed to shoot radar on private property, if they do your ticket would be thrown out.

i think you people are being harsh. ive actually heard this too. im not sure where from or whatnot, but i have heard it. im sure hes just trying to clear up. everyone speeds and some people get caught. now if he was racing or something uber dumb, then we can point and laugh.

Specifically, from what I remember. The thread stated that a cop has to have his PARKING lights on at all times when on duty if he is just chilling there waiting for someone to come by. Now, it also stated that, if a cop pulls you over when he was "hiding" with out any parking lights on. That it could be considered Entrapment. I was just saying what I heard............
