man i know cops they dont so SHIT!!! they go to 7 11 like 20 times in there shifts. they work everyother day! how the HELL can they be tired from that. yes i give them credit for being able to go out there in this CRAZY ass world we live in but DAMN that fucker killed someone cause he worked a 12 hour shift WTF! thats no damn excuse. I hope the family SUE`s the SHIT outa ffcpd! and cops get paid pretty damn good i mean its not 5 figures but its more then enough to support their familys without worrying about anything. imo they need to prosecute him!!!!

FFX CO. is one of the highest paying police departments in the country. Not to mention it is also one of the most difficult to get into. About 1 out of 100 who apply will actually make it on the force. Starting pay is somewhere in the mid 40's to low 50's depending education, prior experience.....etc.
With overtime, even a rookie can make over 50K. An officer with 5 or so years will easily make in the 60K range.
In this case........low payscales, recruitment, etc is not to blame. Here we are talking about a veteran officer. He made a poor decision and should be held accountable for his actions.

They do alot more for this country then you do, they wake up everyday and go to work knowing it could be there last...wtf do you do???? who cares if they go to 7-11 on their shift...if their isnt anything goin on what do you want them do , start making crime. negligent discharges(what happend) happen a lot, yes its unfortunate wat had happend. all the people out there that get let go on speeding tickets, dui's, fights etc.. that is all corruption in a way. because in the end, they are not doing there job am i not right? there suppose to give those ppl not obeying the law tickets, fines, lock them up etc, thats what their here to do, protect and serve the laws of the county/state.. like i said corruption isnt always illegal

how does a gun accidently discharge? i don't know if any of you have ever handled a pistol before, but its not just something where you flinch and it'll go off. tired or not, it takes a lot for a gun to be locked and loaded, and pointed at a moving person then accidently discharged. you have to pull that trigger.
regardless of the fact that i hate police for my own personal reasons, and putting all that biast shit aside. police officers are supposed to be trained professionals, and im guessing they would have to go through a lot of training before getting into any police force, especially with their weapon. they are supposed to be trained to handle their weapons so that shit like this doesn't happen. going along with what i think is a cover up story, it says that this cop was a good cop for over 17 years in the fairfax county police force. in 17 years, that cop has never had to pull a 12 hour shift? or was ever put into a more extreme and stressful situation? i honestly think that this entire story sounds like bullshit, but thats just my 2 cents.
