yea if my dog was outside, i would have thrown something at the fucker. Thats what makes me really angry when fuckers fly around neighborhoods, thinking about my dog or someone else's dog or child being hit.
Had the same problem in the past... But i use to throw a wooden ball bat in front of the car.... Trust me the driver will stop.... Luckily my size and temper convey my point to slow the fuck down... lol..
