Yeah, I think it was from his Wheel Hop.

I've pulled prolly 100 1.7 60ft's on slicks on my axles over a 2 year period. Most of the time being at the 350-400whp range. Still stock Axles w/ no problems yet I have a new set as spairs just incase tho. I havent ever had wheel hop issues tho.

Richmond's track may have cause this issue because I know of 3 other guys who have experinced a broken axle due to wheel hope at richmond.

i run stock axles on 26inchs slicks

but i have seen more axles break on street tires then slicks , lil tire hop will kill a set

what car were you in i was out there the only car i seen that broke was a white civic hatch was that you? if so its really quick!

Thats what does it... The track didnt do it... You hit it right on the head...

Shame some others dont know the real deal... Always like to blame it on the track!

heh, ran at vmp friday and didnt break anything, 1" cracks in concrete can cause a lot of shit to happen... how do i know it has big cracks? i walked out on the track afterwards to try to find my centercap, i hate that track and will never run there again
