Considering you would run 13's stock in both your cars, I don't see where your's are any better. Hell if I wanted to go that route (F/I) I could run 11's as well. S/C is just too god damn expensive at nearly $6k. But you will be kicking yourself in the ass when I run the same time in my car with no power adder and less hp.

I have spent less than $150 to get my car to run 11's how much have you spend and still running 13's??

People are pissed because it looks NOTHING like the traditional muscle car it used to be. It looks like a grand prix on steroids. Great they run 13's with a damned 6.0L motor. I would actually hope for more with all of that displacement and power. That's just me though. You're right Nick, it didn't take FI to run 13's. It took 6 liters. that's all. lol

AJ's right. you are supposed to get goose bumps when you see it. i don't. but i go crazy when i see that mustang commercial with the red gt squeeling the tires and and hanging the tail out, and making some good ol V8 noise while he's at it. in this area of the auto industry, it's not strictly about max hp. it's about giving people what they want. wich is my mustang sales are still so high after 42 years.
besides, you have all that power, and still can't run a 12. ashwin runs a 13.0 on strret tires with an auto, and about 100 less hp than you.
whole lotta good that big mean motor is doing you.

He didnt spend anything really on his car before the cam.. remember no mufflers and cai = 400rwhp!! But What he is trying to say is that both of your rides are 13 second stock also!!

I cant see how someone gets goose bumps over mustangs?? I mean they are a dime a dozen!! They were cool like the 1st day they came out but after that I really dont care about seeing them anymore.. Ask anyone who doesnt own a mustang.. I dont think I have ever went a day in my life were I havent seen a mustang.. Its really some commin that you dont even realize what your looking at!! I like the mustangs but they dont make me get goose bumps like I do when I see another WS6 or SS, or even a 05 GTO..
